ok..I just got the hang of blogging when I got an email to cease and desist my blog for trademark infringement.I was taken totally by surpise. I had to take down my blog or incur legal fees. Definitely, not something I wanted  or needed. The domain name was, The Feng Shui Diva/Finding a smidgen of  balance in a crazy world. Just because Go Daddy says the name is available doesn’t make it trademark free either. It is probably a good idea to check with the US trademark office or hire an attorney to do a trademark search.  Hmm, I thought  blogging was suppose to be informative and fun. I was wrong. My blog was not set-up to make money. I did not have any ads on my blog…But I still caught someone’s attention. I was a threat…LOL little me!!

This is my FYI, do your trademark research especially if you are running a blog as a business. As for Supernova Queen…I am gonna just blog for fun about the good, the bad and the ugly!
